We are currently accepting new patients for TMS, Spravato® therapy and medication management.

In order to facilitate your intake process, please complete all of the information on the contact form located here. Once we have received your information, you will be invited to create an account with Osmind, our electronic medical record system. This will allow you to complete the intake forms, upload your insurance cards and schedule your first appointment.

Please note, intake appointments are done in person at our office in Camden. Follow-up appointments can be done via tele-health as long as you are located in Maine.
